Return Policy

Our Free 30-Day Return Policy. No Return Authorization Number Needed. Call us at 502-348-9918 or email us at www.fifthregionofficials.com with your return request and we will send you a USPS label to print. If you do not have a printer, we will mail you a label. (This process will delay your return) We do not offer exchanges.

If you received free shipping on your original order, and your return causes that order to fall below $125 original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Item(s) must be in new, never worn condition (other than trying on), non-laundered or unaltered item in the original plastic protective package with manufacturers tags attached. Items that appear to have been worn or has had the manufacturers tags removed will not be refunded and will be returned to you. 

Once received, please allow 3-5 days to inspect and process your return. Once your refund has been approved, a refund will be processed. We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell and promise an easy returns experience.

The only exception is personal use items. Personal use items cannot be returned for any reason.

You will need your order number that will be on either your packing slip, confirmation email or order history. You can find that on your account page. Customers who do not login (Guest Login) will not have access to order history.

When the return is received from the original order, you will then receive your credit. (read below for the amount of time it takes to see your credit).

FREE RETURNS

If you live in the Contiguous U.S., all returns are FREE within 30 days of the purchase date as long as they are new, never worn, in the original protective package with manufacturers tags attached. If your item was received on our Free Shipping offer, and the return causes the total purchase to fall below the Free Shipping value, original shipping will be deducted from the refund.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we do not have an exchange program. We will gladly accept your return(s) based on our return policy, and you may re-order the correct products. This allows you to order your products right away so that you receive them quickly. We will refund your product (based on the below policy) when received. Thank you for your business!

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please contact our Customer Service Department at www.fifthregionofficials.com within 30 days of purchase and include pictures of the defect and a brief description of the issue. If the item is deemed defective, we will issue a replacement or refund (our choice) once the defective item has been returned to us. The refund will be in the form of a store credit. 

PERSONAL USE ITEMS

Due to the intimate nature of athletic supporters and cups, compression tights and shorts, we unfortunately CANNOT offer returns or exchanges on these items. Whistles may be returned unused, sealed in the original plastic packaging. 

*Please note: If your item is deemed non-refundable, we will return it to you at the address used when the order was originally placed.

Return Tips

Packaging

Please use care in sending items back to us, preferably shipped in the smallest container possible, or its original shipping container if possible. If returning items from multiple orders, please consolidate all items into one container. When dropping off your return at a USPS Drop-Off Center, please keep the tracking receipt as proof of return shipment.

When returning shoes, please put the shoes in the manufacturer's box, and then place the maufacturers box (with the shoes) inside of another shipping container. DO NOT put the shipping label on the manufacturer's box itself.

Shipping

Please ensure your package can be tracked so that there are no issues with any un-trackable lost packages. You can ship through any carrier at your cost, but we recommend using the USPS Label we send you, which automatically provides us with tracking details. If you choose to use your own carrier, please write your order number on your package and ship it to:

Issuing Refunds/CREDITS

Returns may take 3-5 business days to process after we receive your return at our warehouse. Once the refund is given, you will receive an email notification. It may take your credit card company additional time to issue the refund back to your card.

Returns older than 60 days may be returned only upon prior approval from our customer service department. The refund will be issued as a store credit. 

Bulk orders determined to be purchased for the purpose of reselling by individuals or companies may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Any shipping charges incurred from the original order will not be refunded.

We are sorry but we are not able to refund your return shipping costs on items shipped from outside the contiguous U.S. at this time.

Any items considered "Custom", promotional, or any custom logo apparel will be considered FINAL SALE. No returns or exchange available on these items.

SPECIAL ORDERS

As noted on every Special Order page, Special Order items are non-refundable/non-returnable. Special Order products are non-stock items or sizes that we order specifically for you from the manufacturer. Once a Special Order item has been placed on order from the manufacturer, they will not cancel the order for any reason. Because of this, once a Special Order item has been issued to the manufacturer, we cannot cancel or alter the order in any way. When ordering a Special Order item, please be certain of your size.

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

Customized items are products that have been altered to meet the customer's specification. This includes any item that requires embroidery, pants that have been hemmed, and shirts or jackets with uniform numbers or flags. Customized items are non-returnable/non-refundable as they can not be re-sold as new.

UNDER GARMENTS

Due to the personal nature of these products, under garments are non-returnable/non-refundable. This includes compression shorts, jocks, cups, tights, and leggings.

PRODUCT DEFECTS

Product defects must be reported to us within 30 days of original shipping date without exception. Defects that fall outside of this date must be reported to the manufacturer. In the case that a defect is reported to us within 60 days of the original shipping date, we will replace or repair the item at our discretion.

This page is being provided to help understand how we ship items. Be aware that peak season does change our time frame because of the extra volume.

Delivery Times

We strive to ship items within 1-2 business days (except orders eligible for free shipping, which may take 2-3 additional business days). Be aware that during peak season and if you have customized/altered items, delivery times will be longer. Orders placed with our Free Shipping Offer are shipped using the USPS most economical mode of transportation available. Longer delivery times usually accompany our Free Shipping. If you are in need of your items in a more timely manner, we suggest not to choose Free Shipping.

Altered and Embroidered Items

Altered items such as hemmed pants take an extra 5-7 working days as noted upon ordering. This time frame is an  estimate, not a guarantee as it is impossible to predict volume. We need more time during peak/heavy seasons. This date cannot be changed by choosing a quicker shipping option such as USPS Express Mail 1-2 days or Next Day. Time is needed for alterations and once completed, we will ship the items in the mode you chose (Express 1-2 Days, etc). Keep in mind that hemmed pants cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Do not choose a faster delivery option expecting your altered items to ship sooner. Embroidered items may take longer to ship depending on current inventory levels and volume of orders. Most items are in stock but during peak season, but some items may need to be altered prior to shipping. We cannot guarantee shipping times for altered, custom made or embroidered items.

Please consider rare extreme weather conditions and all holiday schedules that may change the delivery times of your order. 

We ship each business day except for New Years' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. At times, our holiday schedule changes so please be aware of any posted holiday schedule.

Never wait until the last minute before any holiday. We suggest allowing at least a  couple of extra days around holiday's, more for the Christmas holiday. Many carriers suggest planning two weeks before Christmas to insure your packages will deliver in time.

Be aware that even though USP Priority Mail and FedEx Ground stipulate delivery times, they are not  guaranteed.

Shipping costs for USPS are determined at checkout. FedEx and UPS deliveries are quoted upon request.

APO (MILITARY BASES)

Any APO orders, will be shipped by USPS. Good APO addresses are required. Good APO address practices can be found on the USPS web site.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We only use USPS Priority Mail International for International Shipments to a select few countries. You will be notified if we do not offer service to your specific country.

USPS International Priority Mail (typically 6-10 business days/not guaranteed/tracking stops at the US Border), USPS Express Mail International (typically 3-5 business days/not guaranteed/tracking stops at the US Border).

We suggest to allow 1-2 additional days to ship your order due to completion of custom forms.

WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE COSTS OF DUTIES AND FEES THAT YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO PAY OR THE TIME YOUR ORDER MAY BE HELD IN CUSTOMS BEFORE DELIVERY.

Please ensure that your ship-to address is the address on file with your credit card company as we do not ship international orders where the ship to and bill to addresses are different. We do not ship to freight forwarders or freight forwarder warehouses. If, in our search of suspected freight forwarder warehouse deliveries, we suspect possible fraud, we will cancel orders without notice.

ORDER TRACKING

Your order page will contain any tracking information. E-mails are also sent as your order progresses from processed to shipped to delivered, all with relevant tracking information.

REFUNDS FOR SHIPPING

Sorry, but we cannot refund original shipping charges unless the problem originated here. This means that if you return or refuse any package then you will be credited for the items in your order (as long as it is within our return guidelines) but NOT for your shipping charges. The reason is simple: UPS and USPS charge us to ship your package and do not provide refunds to us on returns or refusals.

Backorders

We take great strides to keep a full line of inventory throughout the year. In the event that an item needs to be backordered, we will make every effort to ship the product as quickly as possible, and we will pay the extra freight charges that incur (special orders, embroidery, alterations, or application of numbers or plackets do not apply). We will not accept backorders for items when delivery time is uncertain or when the scheduled delivery is not in the near future. CLOSEOUT and SALE items will not be backordered and are sold out permanently when gone. We will inform you and give you the option to choose another similar item at the regular price on our web site or a refund for the out of stock item.
